About the show

LAUGH YOUR BITS OFF (…or on!)

A Comedy Fundraiser for gender-affirming care.

Presented by Han Arbuthnott

A few years ago, comedian Han Arbuthnott put on a big fancy comedy fundraiser for their top surgery.

It was a BIG success (even bigger than my old ti- never mind), he raised a bunch of money, and now feels very wonderful and sexy.

So he decided to do it again, this time for other people, so that MORE trans people can get the surgeries they need and feel just as wonderful and sexy.

Gender-affirming care saves lives, and if you didn’t know, it’s also insanely expensive. We’re talking tens of thousands. It’s cooked.

Han has found two beautiful members of Melbourne’s trans community, and brought together a bunch of funny legends to make a really special night for them.

A comedy theatre and bar on Bourke Street, open seven nights a week. Most nights there's more than one show: stand-up, improv, live podcasts and solo shows. Tickets from $12, and the bar is open whether you're seeing a show or not. See what else is on →
