Tarsh Jago: Cherub

Part of Replay Festival

Sunday 5 July, 6:00pm

Cherub is the best newcomer nominated (MICF) debut solo stand-up show from Palawa comedian Tarsh Jago.

Directed by Rose Bishop, this show is inspired by a tweet that read "You don't look Aboriginal, you look like the cherub from the pears soap".

This hour blends razor-sharp comedy with heartfelt storytelling about race, queerness and kinship and the beauty of these identities while acknowledging and challenging the perceptions of these communities held by the wider population.
